At the Center for Hormone Therapy, our one-year program consists of an initial consultation followed by a Report of Your Findings (where the results of your tests are explained in detail.) At that point prescriptions will be sent to a pharmacy for you. You will have one to three other consultations with the doctors over the next year where adjustments to hormone dosages may occur. The doctors will continue to monitor your hormone levels and symptoms and will also reevaluate your nutrition, exercise, supplements, and pH levels.

The following one-year programs are available: 

• Hormone Replacement Therapy:  This program deals with fatigue and stress issues arising from dysfunction of the thyroid and adrenal glands. In addition, the program includes analysis and replacement of male and female hormones , such as imbalances in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone that lead to PMS, menopause, low sex drive, insomnia, polycystic ovaries, depression, menstrual difficulties, infertility, and other areas affected by low hormone levels.  ($897 + $97/month for 12 months)

• Preventive Medicine:   This program includes all hormone replacement therapy (above) in addition to a complete, comprehensive physical exam, a full panel of blood tests, an EKG, if indicated, a full evaluation and treatment of your risk factors for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, cancer and any other chronic, progressive, debilitating illness that you may be at risk for, based on the findings of all the necessary testing and exam findings.  ($997 +$125/month for 12 months)

Note: Each one-year program includes interpretation of blood tests, review of medications, nutritional counseling, and follow-up consultations. Initial payment is required at the beginning of the program and a credit card is required for the subsequent monthly charges. Your hormones are produced at a compounding pharmacy; the cost for the prescriptions is additional and ranges from $10 to $70 per month depending on your insurance coverage. To continue the programs in subsequent years, you simply continue paying the monthly charge.
